Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload or create. By using Vectly, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI models through Vectly is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

Your use of Vectly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

• That the service will meet your specific requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHHIVE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
